ADHD Assessor Training Terms and Conditions

Children & Young People ADHD Assessor Training (Ages 7–17)

These Terms & Conditions apply to all delegates attending ADHD assessor training delivered by Kimberley Ashwin, trading under Kimberley Ashwin Limited.

By confirming a booking and submitting a completed delegate form, delegates are deemed to have read and accepted the following terms.

1. Booking & Confirmation

 

1.1 A place on the training is not confirmed until:

  • A completed delegate return form has been received

  • Eligibility has been confirmed

  • Full payment has been received

1.2 Places are allocated on a first‑come, first‑served basis and numbers are limited to maintain learning quality.

1.3 Booking confirmation will be issued once payment has been received.

 

2. Fees & Payment

 

2.1 All training fees are payable by invoice only.

2.2 Payment is by BACS transfer to the bank details provided on the invoice.

2.3 Full payment is required in advance of the training.

2.4 Delegates whose payment has not been received by the stated deadline may have their place released.

 

3. Cancellations & Refunds

 

3.1 Cancellations more than 28 calendar days before the start date
→ Full refund minus an administration fee (if applicable).

3.2 Cancellations between 14 and 28 calendar days before the start date
→ 50% of the training fee will be refunded.

3.3 Cancellations less than 14 days before the start date
→ No refund will be issued.

3.4 Non‑attendance on the day, including partial attendance, is not eligible for a refund.

3.5 Where possible, a delegate may nominate a replacement attendee (subject to eligibility and approval) up to 5 working days before the training.

 

4. Trainer Cancellation or Changes

 

4.1 In the unlikely event that the training is cancelled by the organiser, delegates will be offered:

  • A full refund or

  • A transfer to a rescheduled date

 

4.2 The organiser reserves the right to make reasonable changes to training content, format, timings or delivery method where necessary.

 

5. Attendance, Lateness & Participation

 

5.1 Delegates are expected to attend both full training days to receive a certificate.

5.2 Late arrival or early departure may result in:

  • Reduced learning experience

  • Certification being withheld (at the organiser’s discretion)

 

5.3 Delegates are encouraged to participate respectfully in discussions and adhere to confidentiality principles when discussing clinical material.

6. Scope, Certification & Professional Responsibility

 

6.1 Attendance on this training:

  • Does not confer a licence, credential or independent authority to diagnose ADHD

  • Does not replace professional registration, supervision or service governance

 

6.2 Delegates remain responsible for:

  • Practising within their professional scope

  • Following employer and service policies

  • Maintaining safeguarding and clinical governance standards

 

7. Exclusion from Training

 

7.1 The organiser reserves the right to:

  • Decline or withdraw a place if eligibility criteria are not met

  • Refuse attendance where participation may compromise professional or safeguarding standards

In such cases, any refund issued will be at the organiser’s discretion.

 

8. Data Protection & Confidentiality

 

8.1 Personal data will be handled in accordance with UK data protection legislation.

8.2 Delegate information will be used solely for:

  • Training administration

  • Issuing certificates

  • Communicating training‑related information

8.3 Delegates may opt in or out of future communications at any time.

 

9. Intellectual Property

 

9.1 All training materials are the intellectual property of Kimberley Ashwin.

9.2 Materials may not be copied, shared, recorded, distributed or used for teaching others without prior written permission.

 

 

10. Acceptance of Terms

 

10.1 Submission of a completed delegate form and payment of the invoice constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
